Welcome to Jonida AB’s website for the sale of embroidered clothing and design products. By using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Jonida AB reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on www.jonida.se include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are additional and vary depending on the shipping option selected. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are paid by the customer upon delivery. For accurate information about possible additional charges, please contact your local customs office.
3. Delivery
We handle and produce each order with the utmost care. Production of embroidered garments typically takes up to 5 business days. Total delivery can take up to 8 business days, depending on order size, though we always strive to deliver within 5 days whenever possible.
All products are manufactured and shipped from Sweden. In case of delays, we will contact you via email.
4. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. Please notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires via email to customer service. Include your name, address, order number, and product information.
Products with personal customization, such as embroidery with names, line art, or logos, are exempt from the right of withdrawal according to Chapter 2, Section 11, Paragraph 3 of the Swedish Distance and Home Sales Act (2005:59).
For returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. The item must be returned in unchanged condition. A deduction for diminished value may be made if the product has been handled more than necessary.
5. Complaints
If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact customer service immediately. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time, but no later than 3 years after purchase. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency.
If a complaint is approved, Jonida AB will cover the return shipping cost and offer either a replacement product or a refund. In case of transport damage, please keep the packaging and contact customer service as soon as possible.

The processing time for creating your personalized garment (embroidery process) is normally up to 5 business days.
The total delivery time from order to arrival may be up to 8 business days.
We always strive to meet our customers’ expectations and deliver products of the highest quality. If delays occur, we will contact you via email.
All orders are produced and shipped from Sweden.
Once your product is completed, it is carefully packaged and shipped with PostNord Varubrev 1st Class – trackable.
Standard delivery time within Sweden is 1–2 business days, depending on your location and PostNord’s capacity.
If a product is damaged during shipping and arrives defective, contact us immediately via email at team@jonida.se or through our contact form, and we will assist you.
You will receive an SMS or email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment via the PostNord app or at postnord.se.
If you have not received your package within the expected delivery time, contact us and we will help you.
If the shipment is marked as "delivered" but you have not received the package, please reach out to us immediately so we can investigate.
Customers outside Sweden are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, or other fees charged in the destination country.

Personalized embroidery
Products with personalized embroidery (such as names, dates, or custom designs) are made uniquely for you and are therefore not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange under the Distance Selling Act. Please make sure to double-check spelling and details before completing your order.
For personalized or custom-made items, the customer is fully responsible for providing correct and accurate information (including spelling, names, dates, and design details).
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or refunded due to spelling errors or incorrect details submitted by the customer. Please double-check all custom text before confirming your order.
Other products
For non-personalized products, we offer a 30 - day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. The product must be unused and in its original condition with hang tags attached.
Cost of return
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed return packages. Returns will be processed once the item has been received in its original condition.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
